Buildings

Exhibit Building

Covers 22,000 square feet and has built-in deli. The Exhibit Building is a multi-use facility. This building is used extensively for trade shows, equipped with a stage for concerts and lecture events, has held sit-down dinners of up to 1,500 people and over a 1,000 people for dances.

Earl’s Place

Covers 5,150 square feet including a covered patic. A public banquet and meeting room perfect for business meetings, wedding receptions and private parties. This building can comfortably seat 220 guests for a sit-down dinner event or up to 300 for a business meeting.

Warren Hall

One of the largest public banquet and meeting hall facilities available in the Santa Barbara Area. The Hall can comfortably seat 600 people for a catered meal and 800 people in theatre style configuration. Ideal venue for wedding receptions, quinceañeras, private parties meetings and much more.

Arenas & Equestrian Center

Kramer Arena

The Kramer Arena is 31,500 square feet, with an arena floor measuring 125’x 250’ and sitting capacity of 3,000, arena floor can be configured to seat an additional 1,200 people in a concert setting. The Kramer arena has hosted concerts, rodeos, horse shows, monster truck shows, sporting events and more.

Equestrian Center

The Equestrian Center cosist of 5 Arenas, Kramer Arena, Mountain View, Warm Up Arena, El Camino and our New Arena. Also includes 466 Stalls. Home to over 20 equestrian events each year including the SantBarbara National Horse Show.

Additional Facilities

Lawn Areas

There are multiple lawn areas on our grounds availble. The open outdoor spaces are flexible enough to be used for a variety of events.

Parking Lots

Over 1000 parking spaces on the 34 acre site. With open space at a premium locally, the Parking Lots at the showgrounds are also available to rent for special events.

Horse Show Office

The Horse Show Office is a versatile space that can be utilized as a meeting space, featuring three separate rooms.
