The Board of Directors of the 19th District Agricultural Association will hold a Fiance Committee Meeting on Thursday, May 17th, 2018.  in the Board Room of the Administration Building at Earl Warren Showgrounds.

Agenda

1)  Roll Call 
2) Finance Review

Any member of the public wishing to address the Board on any matter listed for consideration on this agenda shall fill out a Speakers’ Form and provide it to the Boards Recording Secretary. All speakers will be recognized by the Chair and be allowed a maximum of three minutes to address the Board at the time the agenda item is being considered by the Board.  If you wish to address the Board on a matter not listed on the agenda, you have that right.  If you wish to exercise that right, please fill out a speaker’s form and provide it to the Boards Recording Secretary.  You will be allowed a maximum of five (5) minutes to address the Board during the Public Comment item on the agenda.

EQUESTRIAN COMMITTEE MEETING

 The Board of Directors of the 19th District Agricultural Association will hold an Equestrian Committee Meeting on Friday, May 18th, 2018 in the Board Room of the Administration Building at Earl Warren Showgrounds.

3) Update on the footings issue for SB National

4) Update on the Santa Barbara National Horse Show – Week 1 (Multi-Breed)

5) Update on the SB National Horse show – week 2 (Hunter/Jumper)

6) Update on interim Equestrian Events – upcoming schedule, schedule for 2018

7) Discussion of Equine Evac Assistance in coordinating facility improvements
     a.Review necessary safety improvements – if list available

8) Discussion of equestrian facility improvements & fundraising opportunities

9) Announcement of next meeting dates, currently June 4 @ 4 p.m., July 2 @ 4 p.m.
