The 2013 Santa Barbara Fair and Expo will be held April 24 – 28 and the theme for this year's Expo is "We're Going Hollywood". The 2012 Fair and Expo attendance was about 49,000. The Fair runs for five days. Hours are 4:00pm – 10:00pm, Wednesday & Thursday; 4:00pm – 11:00pm on Friday; 11:00am – 12:00 midnight on Saturday and 11:00am – 10:00pm on Sunday. Hours are subject to change.

If you are interested in participating in the 2013 Expo, please complete an appropriate application with a complete listing of products and pricing for commercial, and menus and prices for food vendors. New vendors need to attach a recent photograph of your booth to your application. Booth spaces are outside. The fee for a commercial space is $350.00 for a 10" x 10" booth. The fee for food vendors is 22% of gross sales.

All vendors must supply liability insurance. The insurance may be purchased from the State from $84.00 for commercial vendors and $108.00 for food vendors. Food vendors must also obtain a Santa Barbara County Health Permit.

Exhibitors returning from the prior year will have priority in regards to space assignment. It is important that your application be sent in as soon as possible to allow ample time for review. Due to the size of our event, we limit similar/duplicate products.

We have a limited number of RV spaces available for $150.00 for five days.
