Earl’s Place is Santa Barbara’s only establishment offering year-round parimutuel wagering on horse racing. Established in 1988, Earl’s Place features an intimate 1,500 square feet main room, 2,100 sq/ft patio, 16 big screen televisions and over 44 other television sets for your viewing pleasure. Featured race tracks include Santa Anita, Golden Gate Fields, Del Mar, Hollywood Park, Northern California Fairs and Bay Meadows. Patrons can watch and wager on every race run in California as well as national feature races like the Kentucky Derby and Breeders Cup.

The Earl’s Place features at-the-track odds and payoffs. Bets can be placed through pari-mutuel clerks or through automated betting machines. Amenities include food, beverage services and free parking. Earl’s Place is nonsmoking facility although covered patios are available for smokers.
