Board of Directors' Mission Statement
The mission of the 19th District Agriculture Association is to develop and maintain quality equine and public event facilities and to provide opportunities for positive guest experiences, in both education and entertainment by delivering professional service while becoming a financially self supporting entity.
Mr. Wullbrandt of Santa Barbara, is a partner in the law firm Price, Postel, and Parma, LLP. Mr. Wullbrandt served as the 2005 El Presidente of Old Spanish Days, Chairman of the Carpinteria City Planning Commission (1991-1993) and on the Carpinteria City Architectural Review Board ( 1989-1990). Mr. Wullbrandt currently serves on the Santa Cruz Island Foundation Advisory Board and is Montecito YMCA Director.
