Board of Directors' Mission Statement
The mission of the 19th District Agriculture Association is to develop and maintain quality equine and public event facilities and to provide opportunities for positive guest experiences, in both education and entertainment by delivering professional service while becoming a financially self supporting entity.
Ms. Weiner, of Santa Barbara, is Deputy Labor Commissioner for the Department of Industrial Relation in Santa Barbara, a position she has held since 1999. Prior to that, she served as a field representative for SEIU Local 620. Ms. Weiner was employed as a court clerk for the Santa Barbara Municipal court from 1989 to 1992. She holds Certificates in labor studies from Harvard University. She is also a volunteer for the Santa Barbara Film Festival.
