Board of Directors' Mission Statement
The mission of the 19th District Agriculture Association is to develop and maintain quality equine and public event facilities and to provide opportunities for positive guest experiences, in both education and entertainment by delivering professional service while becoming a financially self supporting entity.
Mr. Sands, of Santa Barbara, currently owns and operates Edgar L. Sands Architectural Firm. Previously Mr. Sands was self-employed as an architect in Phoenix, Arizona from 1993 to 1999 and in Laguna Beach from 1989 to 1993.
He is a member of the Hope Ranch Riding and Trails Association and the La Cumbre Water Board.
