Board of Directors' Mission Statement
The mission of the 19th District Agriculture Association is to develop and maintain quality equine and public event facilities and to provide opportunities for positive guest experiences, in both education and entertainment by delivering professional service while becoming a financially self supporting entity.
Mr Rodriguez, of Santa Barbara, has been the president and chief executive officer of Diversity Consulting Group since 1995 and is a partner of the Ventana Group, an investment banking firm. He previously served as president of EthniCity, an executive search firm, chief marketing officer of Latin America Online and director of strategic services for Hispanic Business Magazine.
