Board of Directors' Mission Statement
The mission of the 19th District Agriculture Association is to develop and maintain quality equine and public event facilities and to provide opportunities for positive guest experiences, in both education and entertainment by delivering professional service while becoming a financially self supporting entity.
Dr. Najera, of Santa Barbara, is an orthodontist in private practice since 1967. He is a member of the American and California Dental Associations and the Kiwanis International and a trustee for the Santa Barbara Trust for Historic Preservation. Dr. Najera earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Texas at El Paso, a master of science degree from Saint Louis University Graduate School of Orthodontics and a DDS from Saint Louis University School of Dentistry.
